Regional information

Nestled in the sun-drenched southeast of France, Provence is the country's oldest wine-making region, with a legacy stretching back over 2,600 years. Famous for its pale, dry, and refreshing rosé wines, which make up the vast majority of its production, the region benefits from a warm, sunny Mediterranean climate. The famous "Mistral" wind helps keep the vineyards dry and the grapes healthy. While world-renowned for rosé, Provence also crafts full-bodied red wines and crisp, aromatic whites. The region's landscape, rich with wild herbs like rosemary and lavender, can lend a subtle character to the wines, which are primarily made from grapes such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre.

Tasting notes

A beautiful pale peach colour. The nose is expressive with notes of fresh strawberry, Provençal lavender, and picked basil. On the palate, it is dry and fleshy with flavours of white peach and redcurrant, supported by a crisp acidity and a smooth, elegant finish.

Serving suggestions

Pairs beautifully with grilled lobster, roast chicken with herbs, fresh salads, or spicy Asian cuisine.

Vinification details

Harvest is carried out at night to preserve the grapes' freshness. The fruit undergoes direct pressing and cold settling. Fermentation is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees for several weeks with regular stirring (bâtonnage) to add texture and aromatic complexity before final blending and bottling.
