Château de Fauzan stands on higher ground to the extreme east of the Minervois region and La Livinière, bordering on Muscat de Saint Jean on a clay-limestone terroir. Château de Fauzan produces a deep red wine with a bouquet of dark fruit, liquorice and cherry. It hits the palate with sweet tones and gives a long fruity finish. Château de Fauzan should be enjoyed with farmhouse chicken cooked with cep mushrooms, or chocolate based desserts.

it's best to air it for quite a while and it's delicious, we just had it on its own! full and round flavour

Harsh
Very disappointed and not what I expected. Tried it on it's own and then with food, both times didn't like it.

Will buy again
I tried this out as it was on offer. Lovely for a picnic in the park with cold meats and cheese. Yes its 15% and it tastes full bodied too.
