Wonderful Chia Seeds and More Energy!
I bought these to add some more omega 3 to my vegan diet. Since adding these I've noticed I have more energy and they add a really nice crunch to smoothies! I may suggest you put these in a mason jar or pot as the packaging makes it hard to re-seal these, and can spill easily.
With or without allergens?
The information on this product is extremely confusing. They are listed as being allergen free under the Dietary & Lifestyle section but then in the allergen section it lists that they are packaged in a factory where several allergens are present. They can't be gluten free then?
I add chia seeds to my morning porridge but I always soak them for 15 minutes first. This seems to help with digestion. I also add them to homemade flapjacks.
Does what it says on the tin, good product, fair price
