Green Queen works beyond the usual dip. Stir it through warm lentils or quinoa with lemon for a quick lunch, spoon it over roasted carrots or broccoli with seeds for an easy dinner plate, or use it as a fresh sauce for falafel, flatbreads or grilled halloumi-style alternatives. It also makes a great herby dressing when loosened with a little olive oil and water and drizzled over bowls, greens or roasted veg.
