RECIPE IDEA – CHIMICHURRI & STEAK
Chimichurri and steak a South American classic. Grill it, roast it, slow-cook it or add it to a stew. Use Chimichurri Medium as a marinade while cooking, or spoon generously over your steak to finish.


VEGGIE RECIPE IDEA – CHIMICHURRI CAULIFLOWER STEAKS
Cut cauliflower into thick steaks, brush with Chimichurri Medium and roast or grill until golden and caramelised. Finish with an extra drizzle of Chimichurri and serve with a fresh green salad or roasted potatoes.
