RECIPE IDEA – CHIMICHURRI SEA BASS


Pan-fry or grill a fresh sea bass fillet until the skin is golden and crisp. Spoon over Chimichurri Mild just before serving for a fresh, herby hit with gentle jalapeño warmth.


Serve with roasted baby potatoes, grilled vegetables or a simple fresh salad.

VEGGIE RECIPE – GRILLED COURGETTES, FETA & CHIMICHURRI


Grill sliced courgettes until charred and tender, crumble over feta cheese and finish generously with Chimichurri Mild.
