RECIPE IDEA – AJÍ BLOODY MARY SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN


Mix Colombian Ají with lime, garlic and tomato purée to create a bold, spicy marinade. Rub generously over a spatchcocked chicken and roast or barbecue until golden and cooked through.


Serve with roasted potatoes, grilled corn or a fresh crunchy salad, then finish with an extra spoonful of Ají.
