Ciemme Gluten Free Gnocchi are delicious Italian dumplings made with fresh potatoes in the Puglia region of Italy. Crafted in the traditional way by one of Italy’s leading gnocchi makers, they’re made with carefully selected local potatoes, rice flour and corn flour.
Quick and easy to prepare, simply boil in salted water for 2 minutes until they rise to the top of the surface, pan fry in a little olive oil until golden or bake with your favourite pasta sauce. For a classic Italian serving suggestion, try them with basil pesto.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Preparation and Usage
Cook in boiling salted water for 2 minutes and strain when the gnocchi rises to the surface. Stir in Free From Italy Vegan & Gluten Free Green Pesto for a traditional tasting Gnocchi al Pesto Genovese in minutes. Alternatively, the gnocchi can be pan fried in a little olive oil or baked in the oven covered in Free From Italy Tomato and Basil sauce.
