Smooth and thick sauce
Quite a large jar that has to be finished within a few day once opened so best when having a lot of sauce based dishes. Tried this as a tomato soup with other ingredients such as basil and it tasted great. Wasn't too creamy so better to use it with other dishes such as pizza or pasta.

Great tasting sauce with a rich tomato flavour and nice smooth texture.
Versatile
This is a top quality passata and is really thick and rich. The large jar goes a long way and is great for a spaghetti bolognese when I have a family gathering.
Great tasting
The size of the jar is really useful, there is enough for two big meals. The pasará is thick but not lumpy. Great intense tomato flavour, makes the best pasta sauce.
Great consistency
Really like this passata because it is has a great flavour with the tomatoes and it is also a brilliant consistency which makes it versatile. I find it lasts a while due to the consistency not being watery so you don't need to add as much as some other passatas I have previously used.
