Ingredients:
50ml Cîroc Apple
25ml lemon juice
20ml sugar (1:1)
3-4 strawberries
50ml soda water

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker excluding soda. Shake and strain into a soda glass with plenty of ice. Top with soda, and garnish.
