Free Range Eggs
In 1928, botanist and explorer, Clarence Elliott brought jungle fowl back from Patagonia to Stow-on-the Wold, Gloucestershire. These rare birds were crossbred to create generations of pedigree hens that to this day lay beautiful, colourful, hard-shelled eggs with deep yellow yolks. Decades of experience have gone into caring for our fabulous birds ensuring their health and welfare (as well as that of the British farmers who care for them) are of the highest standard. Clarence Court birds lay at their own natural, slow speed, resulting in distinctively richer eggs. When you see the Clarence Court crown you know it's from our exclusive line of traditional breed birds, roaming free on acres of England's green and pleasant land from dawn until dusk, grazing on the best maize enriched diet.

I've tried many eggs and these are the best if you want soft-boiled or poached eggs. They are large, vibrant and satisfying. I would not use them for omelettes or for baking - it would be a waste. Buy ordinary eggs for everyday use, but these if you actually want to enjoy each egg individually.
These fine eggs are from The Prince Charles trust .
They are the best you can buy. We have been enjoying them for many years. After keeping our own chickens for years it was hard to find any eggs which would taste as good ours did.Try them once and you will never go back to the others.
Always liked these eggs but just lately finding more and more blood spots in them. Ok if they're in the white, I can get them out with a spoon but last night I threw two away because blood spots were in the actual yolk. Maybe it's just me but put me off altogether. Didn't bother cracking another one.
