Gladys-May's Braddock Whites have a rich flavour, are as versatile as hen's eggs, are ideal for baking and make superb, golden sponges. They are also delicious as a special brunch - lightly scrambled, served with some fine smoked salmon and topped with coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley and freshly ground black pepper.

Best eggs for cakes
These duck eggs make the best ever sponge cakes - fantastic colour for the sponge and amazing flavour. We also love them simply boiled with soldiers. Marvellous!
Poor quality lately...
I have been buying these for years but lately the eggshells are thin, some of the whites have been a yellow colour which Ive had to throw away to err on the safe side, and some have been outright black and rotten. Im starting wonder if there is a welfare issue at this farm for this sudden and very obvious change. Would recommend these if things improve, but for now Id have to say proceed with caution!
Nice but not fresh
These tasted nice, very rich, however the whites were very thin and largely separated from the yolks while the best before date is 19 days away - which just can't be possible. If these were fresh I would recommend but these didn't appear to be.
My number 1 egg brand the best eggs ever!
These eggs are nice with its unique incredible delicious out of this world taste. You will not regret buying these eggs. Duck eggs are the most delicious eggs ever they are the best eggs to eat and healthier compared to normal eggs. They are well known with their dark yellow yolk. The dark yellow yolk is what makes the eggs sooo enjoyable and tasty. Great for omelettes or even scrambled. Highly recommend!
The "ONE EGG" that was salvaged from a Box of 6, was Large and tasted wonderful. Due to a Large Bottle of Innocent Orange Juice being put in with the Eggs, (Or most probably thrown in), 5 Eggs were smashed. Ocado need to Educate Their Drivers, how to Re-Pack Bags, when Condensing Items into Fewer Bags. Don't know why the Drivers do this, it's the same Weight, however many Bags they decide to carry.
Large and Creamy
I havent eaten duck eggs in years, so it was a lovely change to eat such tasty, creamy eggs. I scrambled them in a little butter and they were delicious.
