Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower with White Miso Dressing
Ingredients (Serves 2):
4-6 florets of broccoli
4-6 florets of cauliflower
3 tbsp Clearspring Brown Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Clearspring Sweet White Miso
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 pinch of Clearspring Traditional Sea Salt

Method:
1. Steam vegetables until tender.
2. Make the dressing by mixing the vinegar, miso and mustard.
3. Pour dressing over the vegetables. Enjoy.
