Clearspring Japanese Miso Ramen Noodles with Miso Ginger Soup 210g
£5.25
£2.50 per 100gProduct information
Our noodles have been expertly crafted from organic Japanese wheat flour, which delivers a firm texture with an added touch of springiness (known as "koshi" in Japan). They are steamed rather than fried, making them deliciously low in fat.
Instant, Fresh-Tasting Vegan Soup Broth
Our soup base is an instantly dissolving paste, rather than a powder. It helps to create a richer and smoother consistency and fresher, more authentic taste experience. It's made using organic Japanese soya sauce, umami-rich kombu dashi and mirin (sweet rice seasoning) instead of refined sugar.

Don't impress me much!
Bought on offer. Might be me, but I didn't really get this. Kinda thought it was just posh instant noodles, but a lot more expensive, so I won't buy again.
Not like ramen at all
I liked the idea that all organic but noodle or soup didn't taste like ramen at all.
Yuk
The sauce is very salty and unauthentic (never came across a ginger flavoured ramen in any Japanese ramen shop),
very tasty
Ive added some smoked firm tofu and some veg and it worked so well.
Really tasty and easy noodles.
Very impressed with these noodles. Was pleasantly surprised. Tastiest noodles I've had.
Bland with no hint of ginger or any other flavour
Great noodles, but the broth was totally without flavour, there was a barely discernible miso flavour, but not even the slightest hint of ginger. We prepared this exactly as instructed, using 800ml of water, as we had both portions, and served it with oven baked salmon and stir fried shiitake mushrooms and pak choi, with raw spring onions, nori & radish as a topping. If it wasn't for the pickled sushi ginger that we added in an attempt to retrieve it, and the lovely flavour of the salmon, we've had been worried that we'd lost our sense of taste! This is the only ramen I've ever prepared where I've eaten the noodles, fish / meat and the veg, and poured the broth down the sink. I'd usually shamelessly slurp up the broth. Plus it contains 4.8 g of salt per serving (1920 mg of sodium) which is close to the entire salt intake for an adult. Absolutely no idea how this product has managed to get an average of 4.3 stars. Avoid.
