Not a nice texture

I'm surprised at the highly positive reviews. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong - when I follow instructions on the packet, the noodles can't bend at all, they have no elasticity to them and feel very dry and rough in the mouth. They break into small pieces and look really bad in a dish. You can pretty much just spoon everything up because they break up. I love the wheat based noodles by Clearspring - the udon are my particular favourites, with exceptional mouth feel - but I really can't recommend these rice noodles!

Surprisingly good!

I read the reviews and took a chance on these, and I am glad that I did. Being gluten free which limits dietary choices, it was nice to be able to enjoy noodles again. Definitely, a winner in my book!
