Very delicious!

Used these noodles to make a garlic udon stir fry and was very impressed with the flavour and texture. These are a UPF free alternative to the ones sold in plastic packaging. Yes they are pricier, but as the long term health consequences of a high UPF diet become clearer I think its worth paying a little more for something made from simple quality ingredients. Bonus that they are even more delicious!

The whole line of noodles from Clearspring are yum. Very basic ingredients, and that is all that's needed.

Oh so delicious!

Tried these for the first time as a less processed version of other Udon noodles, and wow, they hit the spot! Different to the fat tubular ones you get but just as satisfying. A new favourite.
