Preparation and Usage
1 Wash 150g rice
2 Add Water 250ml
3 Simmer 10-12 minutes
4 Cover & rest 10 minutes
How to cook
(For 2 servings)
1. Wash 3/4 cup (150g) of rice and drain.
2. Transfer to a pan and add 1 cup (250ml) of water.
3. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat, then cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
4. Remove from heat and leave covered for 10 minutes before serving.
