best sauce for gyoza dipping

I love piquant flavours, the ones that make you pucker up a little, like sour patch candy or green olives. This is just an absolutely delicious dipping sauce. I usually make ramen with gyoza and veggies, have this on the side in a little bowl to dip gyoza in, then tip the bowl into the ramen soup. I also dip just about any oriental food in it. It's got the deep Yuzu sour flavour with a hint of soy. So, so good. if you find it too sour, try adding a little Mirin (or water). It's so good, try it.

Good stuff

I absolutely love this. It's versatile but I particularly enjoy it with tempura. I find it much nicer than the lemon ponzu offering.

Pricey but Delicious

This is absolutely delicious stuff, but dropping a star for the fact that it is a small bottle for the price.
