Clonakilty Ispíní Sausages were first made in our family butcher shop, Edward Twomey’s in Clonakilty, West Cork, Ireland. Now Ireland’s favourite branded sausage, our sausages are still made with the same passion for quality, taste and tradition as when we first made them all those years ago. Made with 100% Irish Pork they are sure to become a family favourite.

Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Air Fry - From Chilled. Place sausages in the air fryer at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally; Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging.
Caution
This is a raw meat product. Ensure it is thoroughly cooked before serving.; Multiple - From Chilled. To grill or shallow fry, cook on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F or gas mark 6. Place sausages on a roasting tin and cook for 17 minutes, turning once.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking.
