Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a pre-heated medium grill and cook for 4-6 minutes, turning frequently.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Add to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning frequently.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated between 0°C to 4°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
