good but not so special
I ate the whole pot with a banana, and a handful of ocado frozen cherries and blueberries mixed into the new Kellogs plant based granola (no added sugar). I'm just so lazy about getting fruit and goodness in, and I add extra salt and sugar to everything,, usually. So I'm amazed how much I loved thus combo. The yoghurt made the dish, as it really is heaven and I could have just spooned it straight in. I'm set up for the day!
Real coconut taste which I was pleasantly surprised by and lovely alternative to traditional dairy yogurts.
a coconut above the rest
The taste & creaminess of this product is for me outstanding.I used it as part of a simple pea & button mushroom curry it added a wonderful slightly sweet freshness to a easy vegan dish.it will be on my regular order from now on.
tasty but triple the calories of full-fat yoghurt!
Its a very tasty product, but its not healthy if you care about calories or saturated fat! Apparently this teeny tiny pot contains 1.25 servings, which is clearly ridiculous and just a way to make the numbers seem a bit better. The whole pot contains 25 g of saturated fat and 294 calories. Full-fat Greek yoghurt is only about 100 calories and 4 g saturated fat for the same amount. So although this was tasty, I wont be buying it again - dont fall for the health marketing!
This not only made me feel physically sick but the saturated fat content is outrageous. The whole pot has 20g of saturated fat/basically 100% of the daily recommended allowance and it tastes like it too. So stodgy with a thick texture like cement
