How to go from beads to drink
All you need:
4-5 tsp chocolate beads.
150-175ml milk of your choice.
For the best result, try whole or oat milk.
Hot
Simmer milk in pan. Drop the heat. Pop in the beads. Whisk it like you mean it!
Iced
Melt beads with a splash of boiling water. Whisk into a super smooth paste. Pour over ice and milk. Stir.

Drop the chocolate in a hot chocolate maker, frother or use your steam wand for a magic touch.
