3-Step Coconut Brownie
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 Cup unrefined coconut oil
- 2/3 Cup almond flour
- 1/2 Cup cacao powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 3L Eggs (or flax eggs if vegan)
Directions
1 Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until combined. Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
2 Spread into a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven 175°C / GM4 for 25-35 minutes.
3 Leave to cool before slicing.
