Using only the finest coconuts, Coconut Merchant have developed a range of coconut chips that are packed full of nutrients and flavour. Providing you with an easy way to access the benefits of coconuts, these coconut chips are available in two varieties, Toasted and Plain.


These toasted slivers have a warm, nutty taste, and can be added to your cooking, baking, muesli and cereals, or just eaten on their own as a great natural snack!

These delicious chips are prepared from the pure white meat of coconuts grown in Sri Lanka. The raw meat is shredded and dehydrated at low temperatures to prevent diminishing the natural goodness of the coconuts.

taste changed?

I loved this coconut, but I just got a bag with the new packaging and it doesn't taste the same. It almost tastes a but chemically and is soft whereas it was previously nice and crunchy.

perfect for homemade muesli

I had a handful of these to home-made gluten-free muesli. The packet lasts a long time.

Toasty and tasty

this is the 2nd pack I have bought. I add this to my homemade muesli and onto cereal and the best way to enjoy is to sprinkle into a fish curry. The coconut flavour is divine and the bite/crunch it has is so good. Such a fab product. love it.

Dry, hard, flavourless

Maybe I had a duff bag but I found this product disappointing. It was dry with not much flavour and rather tough to chew. Ive been sprinkling it onto Greek yoghurt but Ive actually found desiccated coconut gives a better flavour and its not as expensive as this product.

Brilliant

Fabulous snack. Zero sugar and such a HUGE bag. I have dates, apricots, walnuts and these coconut chips in a bowl as my dessert most nights.
