Codorníu uses grapes from its own vineyards and from local growers with whom we have longstanding relationships. Codorníu takes advantage of the diversity of the Cava region to make wines with a unique personality, controlling the entire process from the grapes to the bottle.

This rosé wine is a blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo, combining traditional and modern winemaking techniques by using partially de-alcoholized wine must from our own winery. Our innovative de-alcoholization systems minimizes the loss of characteristics of wine, to keep the aromas and taste of the original wine.
