The grapes used to make Codorníu Limited Edition Brut come primarily from two areas: The Continental area and the Mediterranean climatic zone of the DO Cava (north-east Spain). This sparkling wine is made through the traditional method, in the same way as Champagne. The wines are aged for a minimum of 9 months, where a second fermentation takes places inside each bottle, naturally producing the cava´s bubbles. This process gives the wine depth of flavour, elegance and long-lasting, fine bubbles.
