Far too salty
This product ruined fresh stir fry and chicken - far far too much salt.

Good ingredients but flavour not quite right
You don't get much in the packet for your money (just 23g) so I think claiming its enough to season a dish for four is a bit ambitious. I found that the flavour wasn't quite right, I could taste mainly ginger and fenugreek, and the chilli and soy flavours I expect didn't quite come through strongly enough. I don't think I would buy again, its almost as easy just to use your own spices etc and get the flavour balance better for less money. This was a false convenience for me.

Too much ginger
I love Singapore noodles when I get Chinese takeaway, so was interested to try these. Sadly there was too much ginger for my liking and they were a bit too salty. Not enough of the curry taste that you normally get.

yep, all the family enjoyed my stir-fry this evening. chicken and I added lots of veggies along with the noodles. went down a treat
