Store in a cool, dry place.

Step 1: oven icon Preheat the oven to 180°C, 170°C fan assisted, Gas mark 4.
Step 2: frying pan Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken and onions until browned. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish with the mushrooms.
Step 3: measuring jug Blend the contents of the sachet with the tomato puree and the water and add to the dish. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
Step 4: plate/knife/fork Enjoy with baked potatoes and green beans.

Just Grab:
1 sachet Colman's Chicken Chasseur Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 skinless chicken portions
2 medium onions, sliced
115g button mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp tomato puree
425ml cold water

Directions:
Fry It
1. Fry the chicken and onions with the oil in a pan until browned.
Season It
2. Mix the Colman's seasoning with water and add to the dish. Spoon into an ovenproof dish with the mushrooms.
Cook It
3. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hr. Oven 180°C, fan assisted 170°C, Gas 4.
