Vinification Details
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were hand picked from 15 year old vines on our Santa Elisa estate. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel tanks giving an abundance of soft fruit.

Just ok
Fairly average wine, quite acidic and sharp, not the smoothest sauvignon blanc really.

It left a strange taste in the mouth, like something that had been defrosted.

Very Nice
Tried this and thought it very agreeable.Think Chilean wires are underrated.Will buy again if not out of stock!

decent drink for the money
for a Sauvignon at this price point it is pretty well rounded and definitely drinkable.
