Oven cook - From Frozen. Fan 190°C / Electric 210°C / Gas 6, 40 mins
Pre-heat oven. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven. Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 30 mins.
