Oven cook - From Frozen. Fan 190°C / Electric 210°C / Gas 6, 50 mins
Pre-heat oven. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven. Allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
Follow the oven temperature and cook for 30 mins.
