Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.
6 mins > stir well & re-cover > 4 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Fan 170°C/Electric 190°C/ Gas 5, 55 mins
