Cook With M&S 2 Sea Bass Fillets with Chilli, Lime & Coriander

Mildly spiced sea bass fillets in a ginger, lime and chilli butter with sliced red chillies and coriander. Season with salt & pepper and pan-fry for six minutes. Serves 2.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product may have been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Simply serve with fresh egg noodles and stir fried veg.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
Remove product from packaging.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 13 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Place butter pellets, coriander and chilli to one side.
- Rub the skin with 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil.
- Place the fish skin side down on a lightly oiled foil lined baking tray.
- Top the fish with the butter pellets, coriander and chilli and place in the centre of the oven.
- Cook for 13 mins.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 7 mins
- Place butter pellets, coriander and chilli to one side.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Place fish in a pan, skin side down and cook for 6 mins over a medium heat.
- Turn the fish and cook for a further 30 secs.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins.
- Add the butter pellets, coriander and chilli to warm pan and melt gently for 30 secs before drizzling over the product to serve
