what is this?
Possibly the worst gravy I have ever had. We managed to make it palatable with a beef stockpot, Worcestershire Sauce and some seasoning... Still tasted a bit like uncooked bad red wine though.
Nope.
It tastes as it looks insipid and has no flavor except for the chemical flavor!
Strange gravy - thought it was off
We are gravy connoisseurs in our house, often making our own from scratch when theres time. There wasnt on this occasion and so we went for this. ITS DISGUSTING. Smells odd - as it microwaved I thought there was something off in the bin, such was the aroma - Taste is bland but somehow pungent, a sourish chemical taste with not a hint of beef. How this passed the M&S QA test is beyond me. Bisto instant gravy is like a fine dining jus by comparison.
Not nice!
I understand that reviews are personal opinion but have to ask anyone reviewing this as a great beef gravy, where is the beef? For me this was a very bitter synthetic gravy and it wasn’t for my pallet at all. I wouldn’t but again and wouldn’t recommend
Good gravy
Nearly didnt buy this due to some of the bad reviews but for trash made gravy this was good. Didnt have time to make my own this year and this was a good substitution for our Christmas dinner.

This was fine and I liked the flavour. It is easy to prepare and the flavour is not marred by being microwaved.
