Cook With M&S Bread Sauce Mix

Accompany your Sunday roast with this delicious bread sauce mix of breadcrumbs, dried onion, black pepper and cloves. Simply add milk and butter and simmer for five to seven minutes. Serves 4.

Serves 4
Preparation: 5 mins
Cooking: 7 mins
You will need
1 x packet bread sauce mix
400ml milk
10g unsalted butter
Method
1. Empty contents of the sachet into a small saucepan.
2. Stir in 400ml of cold milk and add the butter.
3. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5-7 mins, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
4. Pour into a bowl and serve immediately.
