Preparation and Usage
Try this...
Creamy Mushroom Risotto
Sauté chopped onion and chopped garlic with a knob of butter. Add sliced mushrooms and risotto rice and fry for a couple of minutes, then add hot stock a ladleful at a time, stirring, until creamy and smooth. Finish with a good grating of parmesan and a spoonful of chopped parsley.

Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 3 Mins
Preheat the pan on a high heat.
Add a tablespoon of oil. Add 250g of diced onions and fry for 3 mins, stirring frequently.
Simply add from frozen to your soup, stew, casserole or pasta sauce and cook thoroughly.
Season to taste.
Do not reheat.

Worth every penny
Please don't stop selling these. I wouldn't be without them. I slightly prefer the frozen chopped shallots but they're often out of stock. These come a close second.
