Try this...
Creamy Mushroom Risotto
Sauté chopped onion and chopped garlic with a knob of butter. Add sliced mushrooms and risotto rice and fry for a couple of minutes, then add hot stock a ladleful at a time, stirring, until creamy and smooth. Finish with a good grating of parmesan and a spoonful of chopped parsley.

Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 3 Mins
Preheat the pan on a high heat.
Add a tablespoon of oil. Add 250g of diced onions and fry for 3 mins, stirring frequently.
Simply add from frozen to your soup, stew, casserole or pasta sauce and cook thoroughly.
Season to taste.
Do not reheat.
