Hollandaise sauce made with butter, egg yolk and lemon juice, ideal for serving alongside poached eggs, salmon or asparagus. Simply heat on the hob or in the microwave. Gluten free. Serves 2.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
For best results, use the microwave
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. - Empty contents into a saucepan
- Heat contents in pan gently stirring occasionally
- Do not boil
- Serve immediately; Microwave - From Chilled. 800W, 2 mins
- Break tab on rim of lid by twisting end of spoon behind tab
- Remove lid, place loosely back on pot
- Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
- Stir halfway through cooking
- After cooking, stir and leave to stand for 2 mins

Storage:
Not suitable for freezing. For use by, see lid. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately.
