Recipe Suggestion
Chicken Quesadilla

You Will Need...
8 soft flour tortillas
180g grated cheese
350g cooked, shredded chicken
200g soft cheese
4 tsp chipotle paste

Method
1. In a bowl combine the soft cheese, chipotle paste and chicken.
2. Lay out four tortillas and divide the mixture between them spreading to about 1cm from the edge.
3. Sprinkle each tortilla with an equal amount of cheese.
4. Place a tortilla on top to form a sandwich.
5. Cook both sides of the quesadilla in a dry non-stick frying pan until golden brown.
6. Cut into wedges and serve with fresh salsa.
