Sautéed Mushrooms with Soy Butter Sauce
Fry chopped garlic and mushroom medley in oil over a high heat until softened.
Add a tablespoon of butter and soy sauce and season to taste. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion and serve.

Shallow Fry - From Frozen. This product is raw and must be cooked.

Preheat the pan on a high heat.
Add 1-2 tbsp of oil. Add mushrooms and fry, stirring frequently.
Alternatively, simply add from frozen to your soup, stew, casserole, or pasta sauce and cook thoroughly. Season to taste. Do not reheat.
