For Best Before End, see lid. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and eat within 4 weeks.

The oils in this paste may naturally separate. This will not affect the eating quality.
Simply stir before use.

You will need...
3 Tbsp rose harissa paste
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
500g Salmon fillet joint with skin on
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan.
2. Place the salmon, skin side down, on an oven tray lined with greaseproof paper.
3. Mix the rose harissa with the olive oil and coat the salmon side evenly - leave in a cool place to marinate for around 20 minutes.
4. Roast in the oven for 13-15 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Delicious served with couscous or new potatoes.
