Easy Bolognese
Sweat the soffritto with a little oil, add beef mince and brown, then add chopped garlic and passata. Simmer until rich and fragrant, and toss through freshly cooked pasta.

Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 3-4 mins
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Add soffritto mix to hot oil.
Fry over a medium heat.
Stir continuously.
