Marinated chicken skewers
Serves: 4
You Will Need....
1 jar soy, ginger & garlic paste 350g chicken breast, diced
Method
1. Add diced chicken to a bowl Mix together with the jar of soy, ginger & garlic paste.
2. Arrange the chicken piece onto skewers.
3. Place skewers on a hot griddle pan over a medium heat, cooking for 5-6 mins on each side until cooked through. Alternatively, place skewers on a baking tray and oven cook at 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4 for 15-20 mins until chicken is cooked through.
4. Ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.
