Tender British spatchcock chicken, coated in sugar, smoked salt and spices, topped with parsley and lemon. Simply roast in the oven and serve alongside crispy potatoes and honey-roasted vegetables. Serves 4.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.

Simply serve with sweet potato wedges and buttered corn on the cob

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 60 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film.
Place foil directly on oven shelf. After 40 mins, baste the chicken with juices and place back in the oven for remaining 20 mins.
Check the product is thoroughly cooked by ensuring juices run clear when pierced around the thigh area. Cover the chicken and rest for 10 mins.
Before serving, squeeze lemon juice over chicken.
Do not reheat.
