Far too expensive!
The price is disgusting, definitely won't be purchasing again!
Versatile and delicious
These are wonderful, I mixed them into a hot crab dip and they worked very well.
Like eating onion skins!
I bought these to make paella that called for artichoke hearts in the recipe and so disappointed. Sadly as these have an element of the leaves on, they are incredibly tough and it was more like chewing on the dry onion skins that you discard when peeling them. Will try the artichoke bottoms instead. Sorry, not for me.
Usually Great
These artichokes are normally lovely, sometimes you get the hard outer leaves still on a few and have to pick them off as they are unpleasant to eat. However on the whole a decent flavour and great added to pasta.
Good quality but lacking in flavour
Good quality, but they seemed to be lacking in flavour. I don't know if this is with them being canned in brine rather than oil (which is good to see from a health perspective) but they just didn't seem to have as much flavour as I'm used to
Did not trust the product
I bought two tins and both ended being thrown away. the artichoke hearts were a odd colour and did not smell pleasant at all. I shall not by these again
