disappointing
Very disappointed with this, pretty tasteless. Got it to rev review and will not be getting again
Creamy and Delicious
I received this item to review. I really enjoyed this polenta. I had to cook it for a little bit longer than the recommended cooking time to get it to my desired consistency. However, once I did that it was delicious and smooth. I cooked with miso (instead of the recommended parmesan) and it was a delicious accompaniment to salmon.
lovely
I didnt know what to expect after reading other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I added one chicken stock cube to the water as advised by others and it was lovely. I served it with grilled meat and vegetables and everyone liked it. Will make again
Average Polenta
Thats just an ok side dish. Of course it Is not even close to original taste. Ingredients are not bad all.
Nice with chicken, ragu or fish for quick meal
Partner and I loved it, was slightly bland as others mention but polenta usually is? We had it with a turkey mince ragu so it had plenty of flavour mixed with it.
Makes lots but tastes little
Thought this would be lovely but it seemed very bland. So I added lots of cheese and seasoning and more mushroom pre cooked with chopped red onion. This helped a lot. Especially when I used it as stuffing in baked red peppers. This came as a free trial to review, but I wouldn't buy this because its just as easy to buy plain polenta and make your own tasty version.
