Good taste. I agree with other reviewers, sometimes becomes limp quickly, but I think this is true of most cut herbs from supermarkets. This one stayed fresh in the unopened packet for about 4 days. Once opened I froze what was left over.
Last week this parsley was a bit old and shrunken looking. It did not have not much flavor or aroma and I had to pick through it as there were 5 or 6 stalks of a quite thick weed the packet. It looked like rocket but was thicker and slightly more rounded at the edges - would not have liked to eat.
