Cornish Brie is handmade on our family farm located on the edge of Bodmin Moor alongside our other award-winning cheeses. We would describe our farmhouse Brie as a full flavoured, soft,  bloomy brie with a creamy taste and melting smooth texture that melts in the mouth. It has a characteristic yellow, buttery colour and a must for your cheeseboard. We hope you enjoy our Cornish Brie!

Quality is variable

The first time I had this it was soft, ripe and delicious, so I bought more, but the second batch was hard and chalky in the middle - not totally unpleasant but somewhat disappointing after the first batch.

A firm brie

Doesnt ooze as I think a brie should. Left out for a good hour before serving but didnt soften much. Taste is ok but its not what i expected or wanted for my cheeseboard.

Mediocre

I had higher hopes for this brie but found it disappointing - it stayed hard even after a while out of the fridge and it was quite bland.

This is very solid compared with a French Brie. Bought as there wasnt a French Brie in the cheeseboard offer but wouldnt buy again as the flavour and texture is very different
