Cornish Brie is handmade on our family farm located on the edge of Bodmin Moor alongside our other award-winning cheeses. We would describe our farmhouse Brie as a full flavoured, soft, bloomy brie with a creamy taste and melting smooth texture that melts in the mouth. It has a characteristic yellow, buttery colour and a must for your cheeseboard. We hope you enjoy our Cornish Brie!
