The varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, from which Plóes is produced, are cultivated in the vineyards of Adriani, on a hillside at an altitude of 200–300 meters, with a northern exposure. The soil is alkaline and clayey, while planting density reaches 4,500 vines/ha. The climate is Mediterranean, with temperatures ranging from -5°C in winter to 36°C in summer. Harvest began on August 30 and was completed on October 16, with yields of 8 tn/ha.

A bright, deep purple-red wine that immediately draws you in. On the nose, aromas of wild red berries, juicy cherry and ripe plum mingle with hints of spice. On the palate, it is velvety and well-balanced, with smooth, mature tannins and a refreshing acidity. The finish is long and elegant, leaving a lasting impression with every sip.
